Recently purchased our car from them. Car well presented staff extremely friendly and helpful not pushy at all. After a week car developed a fault and we live over 140 miles away, however they
couldn't be more helpful in assisting to get it repaired locally under warrenty. The only negative was some of the features the car was advertised as having and we were told it had turns out it
doesn't.However despite this small negative I would recommend DRM MOTORS, and would certainly buy a car from them again. Good traditional family run business and customer service

Couldn't have had better service when buying my new car. Because I picked it up on my birthday, my car was waiting for me, adorned with a bow, ribbon & balloon, together with a card & chocolates.
I was amazed - it was like the treatment you could expect in the "good old days", not something you get from today's cut throat businesses at all. They didn't have to do this, as they already had
the sale - this was customer service at its best. Right from the off, I was treated as a customer, not just another "sales figure" and I hope to have many more happy years association with this
