Couldn't have had better service when buying my new car. Because I picked it up on my birthday, my car was waiting for me, adorned with a bow, ribbon & balloon, together with a card & chocolates.
I was amazed - it was like the treatment you could expect in the "good old days", not something you get from today's cut throat businesses at all. They didn't have to do this, as they already had
the sale - this was customer service at its best. Right from the off, I was treated as a customer, not just another "sales figure" and I hope to have many more happy years association with this
company.
